Zak Smith was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! Everything was timely and easy. Great experience! I love my new Jeep! I use to have a 5 star because of what I wrote above. Now edited to a 2 star because of major issues with service and not being informed about oil mileage. Sales and service are not on the same page and just blame each other. I expect better after buying a new vehicle!

Decided it was finally time to get into my dream car, and found my red challenger R/T on the website. Justin was quick to give me a call after speaking with the online rep. After contacting Justin back a few days later, his dedication to customer service showed when he came in on his day off to set everything up. The following day I arrived at the dealership, the car was out front and ready for us to take a test drive. After falling in love with the car instantly, the team at kayser had us in and out in a very timely manner. The customer service and my experience was as enjoyable as the car! After a GREAT experience a few years ago working with Charlie to purchase a Ram pick up for our toy hauler, we went back to trade our Rubicon on a new Jeep Cherokee limited. We talked with Charlie in advance, he did his homework and we got a fair deal. Very pleased! Thanks Charlie and kayser! Very happy!
