Nice selection of Chinese breakfast food. The pig ears, milk tea were made perfectly. The egg/dough fritter wrap and bun with beef could use more flavouring, it was a bit on the lighter side. Food options were limited as the restaurant was preparing for their vacation period. Overall pretty good and would come back.

went there multiple times usually around 10 am or sometimes 12 pm, none of the bakeries are in stock EVERY SINGLE TIME I go there, not too sure why they open at 8 am if they don't even have any bread...

Amazing selection of bakery treats including BBQ pork buns and sesame balls.  Reasonable prices too.

BBQ pork or curried beef, both are tasty.  Also have frozen dumplings.  Once and a while they have small sticky rice packets.  Love this place.
