Story

In the Galician dialect of northwest Spain, "o lar" means "hearth", or "home." The heart of "o lar" is its hand-crafted stone oven whose hearth contributes to the warm and homey atmosphere.

At "o lar", our ingredients as well as our oven, are the key to making quality food. We use the finest ingredients from Europe and America, with strong Mediterranean and global flavors. We choose organic, natural, and bio-sustainable products whenever possible. We meld old-world, artisinal techniques with modern creativity to produce healthy and hearty foods which are both familiar and adventurous. We welcome you to eat-in or pick-up and take home.
