Pretty bummed to see the sign out saying they are leaving the mall. Then I ordered what I thought would be my last poutine from the place and it turned out to be a small fry instead. I didn't notice until I got home sadly. Glad I waited for the server to notice me busy chatting in the back just so I could be ignored while ordering.
The best fries I've ever had! The poutine is fantastic! Great customer service very kind and helpful, definitely my favorite place to eat! Highly recommend!
I agree with the guy above me , rude was my first thought.. Paid for extra gravy and was told it as on the bottom ect.. needless to say I still tipped the rude server and there was barely any gravy on the bottom one. I'm not proud to say it but I snapped , the potatoes and cheese are in driveway...
when you ask for salt on the fries you expect salt on the fries what i got was maybe a few grains of salt at most on the fries.. i am paying full price for a product i expect it to be done right.. Jesus when you are at a place that has fries in their name you tend to expect that they would make a good product. instead i got bland fries with f all salt.. maybe check the damn shaker and clean it.. if they are that incompetent at cleaning a simple salt shaker then i hate to see how they clean anything else.. i will never shop from them again.
The friendly staff is always quick to take your order without so much as one mistake in all the times I have went. They are always fast with making the food but never lack the same quality time and time again. If you love poutine I would highly recommend giving this place a go.
The lady was overwhelmed, rude and refused to take our order... 3pm Saturday today served the customer in front of us though… Maybe more staff is required.
I just witnessed a new York fries staff member go to the public washrooms wearing her apron. Big time contamination.... Disgusting

All I can say is hell yes and yummmy
I'm signed up for a membership where I'm entitled to a free beverage alongside my poutine.. the girl was too lazy to type it into the computer and lied about the discount no longer being available.
