KFC

Visiting this location tonight at 7 PM, a male and female employees at the front desk were more than accommodating. They went above and beyond to satisfy the needs of an autistic child. It was very much appreciated the extra effort and kind that they put in. Kudos to them and KFC for having these outstanding employees

We waited for at least 45minutes for our order. It took forever for the chicken. Lots of people were waiting, it ruined our night. When we finally got the order, the popcorn chicken was not crunchy at all, the poutine was getting cold, the Fries were soggy. The only saving grace was the chicken wings and tenders were decent, albeit extremely salty.. The cashier was very nice, she tried to keep the kitchen in order but they were having trouble. I won't be going back anytime soon.

Chicken was hard like it was a week old nearly broke my tooth. Fries were also hard and popcorn chicken was white I will never order from here again. The worst meal ever shame on you KFC and there wasn't a single customer there so it's not like you were busy.

I went to this location on a Saturday at about 11:20, they opened at 11. I stood there at the register for between 5 to 10 minutes before any staff acknowledged me at all. They were preparing food, and one person was standing there waiting for his order. When finally I was acknowledged, I was told their fryers weren't up and running so they could only do mashed potatoes. Not even a hello. I ended up walking out. A total waste of my time. Couldn't tell me that right away? No, "I'll be right with you"? Not to mention you open at 11, how is it that all of your equipment isn't up and going before you open? I've worked in several restaurants in my life, and that would simply not be acceptable.

Ordered 3 piece dinner, tender combo, popcorn chicken combo. We received no French fries in our combo meals. I asked for sweet and sour sauce and that was missing also. Won’t be going there again!!

Tonight I went to KFC for dinner two people so not a large order. From entering the store to leaving took approximately 50 minutes! Needless to say most of us would have not been happy but…. They were extremely understaffed , over worked and extremely busy! I have to say the people in the kitchen, the delivery driver and the CASHIER Rocked it! The customer service wasn’t anything but 100% they were efficient and polite! Apologies for taking so longwhich wasn’t their fault! . So tonight I give you all a 5 star and btw thank you for cooking dinner for us tonight! Much appreciated. Billie joe

I will be honest, I have not been to a KFC in months, the quality of some restaurants are sub par. Today that changed, we got a bucket of extra crispy chicken and it changed my life, this specific KFC is simply amazing.

I went and stood there for 15 mins. Walked out , didnt buy anything....with people infront of me waiting..apparently they messed up a order..had to refund and reorder. But the way and how long it took, i walked out.. not happy. We need a KFC back into port colborne big time....

Ordered 14 piece bucket. Took an hour and half to be delivered. Food was cold. In the bucket we got 7 wings, 5 drumsticks, and 2 thighs. Called manger to complain, and manager didn’t have good customer service.

I want to say that a young lady by the name Mataya that took my order was the sweetest person I have ever met. She is extremely friendly and very professional with customers. Hope she succeeds well in her job and once again thank you so very much Mataya your really great with your customer service skills.
