Avoid this place..... What I asked for was Lettuce they put none Tomatoes they put none Ketchup they put none Hot peppers they put ONE hot pepper ring Is this place serious?? And this is how it looks? Did they toss everything across the kitchen and hope for the best???? If I could give zero stars I would. Never have I EVER had this type of garbage service at. Harvey's before.

What a fantastic experience! We were served by a young lady named Kira, who was exceptionally polite and personalable. She made sure that our meal was made exactly how we wanted it and even suggested a better choice off the menu for our dietary needs. We will definitely be back!!

staff are wonderful, but clearly pressured by the tall brown haired lady with glasses who has no fashion sense. i assume she is manager or owner. unacceptable considering how accommodating and polite they are, i pray she is fired soon, and i hope to god that the staff find peace in their work environment. no sense owning a restaurant if everyone is depressed, salute to the staff.

It was a very busy place the time i went at and they did very well for the amount of orders they had. They were focused and got their orders done in good time. I had the opportunity to watch how well they handled the fast paced as I ate my dinner and found them to be very professional. Definitely has my recommendations to go to.

Got to the restaurant 20 minutes before they we're set to close, there was someone literally in the Drive-Thru and then the girl told me that they're closing for the night and when I proceeded to say don't you close at 10:30 she decided to tell me that they're having problems with their fryers even though there was someone in the Drive-Thru waiting at the window.

Went there tonight drive through waited 15 minutes ok fine, it's a Saturday night, burgers were cold and not labeled no clue what was what. Got a Cesar salad instead of fries, the salad was all wilted blacken ends nothing in it except a corner of a kraft cheese single. Absolutely disgusting, tossed in garbage and contact health board, see moldy bun review? How's this place still operating?

The food was warm, like the embrace of a caring mother. A feeling most would long for, achievable through the deep flavours of the napkins. This restaurant and any location of Harvey's for that matter has the best texture and flavour balance for their napkins. Pairs very well with a Jr. Spicy Chicken. Get this for 3$ you can get a spiffy chicken burger AND they cannot stop you from putting as many vegetables on it as you want!!! I got my burger made PERFECTLY to a T by Mauly. She was very polite and the cashier was exceptionally personable. I have rarely had a chicken burger experience with enough mayonnaise and pickles but, as I asked for the third pickle there wasn't a hint of hesitation in Mauly's eyes. When I asked for the fourth pickle she understood where I was coming from. As the mayonnaise smeared into the bottom bun and perfectly held the lettuce in place it made my day. When the pickles crunched into the smush of the tomatoes I had a near religious experience. The service was great, 10/10. But the important part to know is that the levels of deep euphoria one can experience from a burger that is 95% vegetables layered proportionally across; to create a miasma of perfect texture/audio stimulus pleasure is only $2.99 plus tax and they CANNOT stop you from asking for more pickles. The lady even noticed how I had perfectly designed this burger through meticulous and indescriminate experimentation in college. They also leave the napkin dispenser on the customer side so you get to decide how many napkins you want to pair with your meal to compliment the texture of the meat. 8/8 M8 Kid-friendliness: They don't seem like the type to be mean to kids. Dietary restrictions: I don't have dietary restrictions but I do have moral convictions.

Burger was cold assume pre cooked and heated on the grill. People were great just needs to cook orders fresh. Finding this “reheat “ more and more happening.

This place has been hit or miss for a while now unfortunately - just dropped $60, No rolls or dipping sauce, which is actually the only reason I go there. Tried calling, no one picks up, then you get prompted to a call centre, then they transfer you the location, still no answer there of course, then back to the call centre… rinse and repeat. My mistake for ordering in the restaurant I suppose. At least that’s why the call centre was useless. Anyway, won’t be back.

Just ordered a burger in the drive thru and it took 20 minutes to receive it due to the person ahead of me being able to order something that took 20 minutes to make. This then resulted in being handed a cold burger and the staff member basically saying "deal with it". Items that take that long to make should not be allowed to be ordered in the drive thru.
