New York Fries is hands down one of the best fast food restaurants I've ever visited. Their fries are absolutely amazing—crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and perfectly seasoned. I also love their poutine, which comes with a generous amount of gravy and cheese curds. The staff are friendly and efficient, and the restaurant is always clean and well-maintained. Overall, if you're a fries aficionado and looking for some delicious fast food, New York Fries is definitely the place to go. Highly recommended!
I eat here often as I work in the mall and have a gluten allergy, new york fries is one of the only places that serves gluten free food. They have a pretty big and varied menu to cater to all kinds of tastes and the customer service is always incredible, the staff are super friendly, including the management staff. 10/10 great place to eat

Amazing customer service and fantastic food! I always look forward to their poutine when I’m on shift for lunch. Pleasant staff and management definitely treats them right - they always look like they genuinely enjoy being there! Highly recommend.

Please explain how u expect me to eat this without getting ketchup all over. This is the second time this has happened to me. How hard is it to not rip the bottom? And the I'm assuming manager is never wearing her mask properly and is always snarky.
This is my fave stop in the mall food court! If you're lucky to go when the manager is there, you're in for a really pleasant experience. She treats her staff so well, you can tell they all really enjoy working there and working with her. They care greatly about the quality of the food and the experience. I always leave smiling, seriously. Highly recommended!
On their website it says they're open till 9 o'clock they're only open till 7:30 PM So I really can't judge this location because when I got there at 8 o'clock they were already closedFood: 1/5
The food is Absolutely amazing. The people are so amazing and can’t wait to come back for more! Vegetarian options: They have enough options for a vegeterian to not feel left out!
