I have to apologize that my pictures don't do any justice. The food here was beyond my expectations. Very well seasoned, good sized portions and service was excellent. It was my first time there, thanks to some friends. Highly recommend this place if you're craving pasta. We're coming back with big appetites again soon
Everything we ordered was really tasty! Out of everything I tried, the gnocchi was my fav but the carbonara was a close second. The calamari was crispy and well seasoned, and the drinks were great. Staff were very friendly. A quiet place for a date or dinner with family and friends. Will be back!
My wife and I had a kid free evening last weekend and decided to explore the 124st area. Came across this small Italian bistro. No regrets. Our meals were delicious! The staff was unbelievable. We'll be back!Food: 5/5
Good place for casual dining, food is made quick and portions are on the larger side. The open concept kitchen is nice added touch. The only downside is the restaurant is so small and the staff are limited. Depending on which chef is on duty will determine if your dish is a hit or miss. The first photo is Spagetthi Carbonara and the second is Linguine Aglio e Olio
The food here is PHENOMENAL. SO delicious, I cannot recommend it enough!! Worth every penny! The meatloaf stuffed with bacon melted in your mouth and came with mashed potatoes covered in a delicious red wine sauce. We also tried the mushroom Gnocchi and the mascarpone cheese sauce it came with was *chefs kiss*. And the tiramisu was the perfect end to the meal and was served bowl-style, something I haven't tried before! Unfortunately the drinks were just meh and the service wasn't that great. For some reason they can only make one hot chocolate at a time so they came well after our dessert was done. They seemed to be out of a lot of things Riesling, Bailey's, Whip cream and the server never knew so she was constantly coming back to our table to re-take our order. Normally I'd take off at least one star for this but honestly, the food was so amazing it doesn't deserve anything less that 5 stars.
Cozy little restaurant. Amazing service!! Our server was so personable, and made us feel right at home. She offered suggestions, and the food was amazing. We had the Ravioli and the Penne alla Vodka with prawns for the main. Appetizers we had Cozze Pomodoro and Bruschetta.Food: 5/5
My friend Anthony and I went to dine in at Nuevo Bistro and the food appetizer and entrée was delicious! The service was pleasant and our server was so lovely! I will definitely go there again whenever I'm craving Italian food!
Nuovo Bistro has definitely become my new favourite Italian place in the town. Their pastas are super delicious and already ordered twice in a week because i couldn’t resist to try new ones on the menu. I have tried Tagliatelle Florentine, Rigatoni Con Salsiccia and Linguine Aglio e Olio. Be it the Crispiness of Ham and Snap peas in Linguine Aglio e Olio, rich creamy texture of Tagliatelle, or spicy sausages in Rigatoni Con Sasiccia. Their menu is reasonably priced with good portion size. I can’t wait to try other items on the menu.
Friends of ours recommended this place and boy it did not disappoint. The food was AMAZING. Good portions and quality ingredients. The restaurant is small but didn't feel crowded. Our server, Kirstin, was absolutely wonderful. I can't say enough great things about her. If you have the pleasure of having her as your server, ask her about the edible flowers! All in all, fantastic local Italian place. Will be back for sure!
Oh my god, this place is amazing. I think this is my third or fourth time there and the food and service are stellar. I always get the carbonara with crispy prosciutto and my wife really likes the vegan options they have. Tonight I took a work group and the server recognized me and was great with everyone. We ordered the calamari and it was easily the best I've ever had. I would eat there every day. Vegetarian options: They have both vegetarian and vegan options.
