Story

Owned and operated by Nello Saporito, Il Pasticcio Trattoria is a homestyle classic Italian restaurant that takes pride in BIG PORTIONS, great service, and a fun atmosphere. An icon within the Italian community, Nello had made it his life's passion to feed Edmonton only the best quality freshest homemade Italian dishes possible. From Chicken parmigiana , cabonara, to our incredible cesar salad, we have the food to satisfy any palate.

It was a great atmosphere and good food. However they messed up on the bill and added extra items accidentally. They were good to take the items off the menu. Overall the service was great and people were friendly and not too busy.
My family and I have been frequenting this restaurant for years! We have a great experience every time and we love it there. The food is consistently awesome and like the ambiance!
Pasta was good however the service was not the greatest. We had to split our own bill which was no problem. But they complained that there was too many transactions! They did not say we had to pay by one card and got very frustrated at us! Not good for large parties
Very generous portion and great quality. Very family oriented services. Their Italian dishes, pasta are simply delicious. Just beware of parking at the front for any restriction.
My Favorite Place. We feel like home every time we go there with our 2 children. We Love the Food Staff and owner are very Nice People.
The mussels are incredibly delectable, ask for clams to be added and it is as if you are eating seafood on the beaches of Italy. I work very near and it is hard to walk past the restaurant with the scent of delicious in the air wafting from the exhaust fans and not have your nose and stomach lead you to one of their tables.
