We offer a variety a healthy alternative to fast-casual burger dining. We serve beef, chicken, vegetarian burgers, and sides all designed with care to have extraordinary bold flavours and an unbelievable taste. Our burgers are made as healthy as possible without sacrificing the “burgerness”. Our potatoes are cut fresh, our food is NEVER frozen, and our meat is cooked from fresh to perfection on an open-flame grill to optimize to health benefits. Food quality is everything.
At Nuburger, you always have the option to build your own burger and choose from our fresh toppings to make the taste your own—if we can do it, it’s done. Choice is a huge part of the Nuburger experience.
Supporting local family-run businesses and following environmentally responsible practices is one of our top priorities. We recycle and compost EVERYTHING possible, our take-out packaging is made with environmentally friendly materials and by using local suppliers, our carbon footprint is substantially minimized. Nuburger creates a very small amount of garbage for the landfill and we are proud to say so.

Buns: Made fresh every single morning at Stella’s Bakery. Interested in cutting out the carbs? In addition to our traditional and multigrain buns, we offer lettuce wraps for celiac or gluten-sensitive customers. Less bread, more greens. In fact, our entire menu is gluten free except our croutons and buns.
Beef: We get our meat from All Natural Meats, a farm just outside of Carmen, Manitoba. (Hi Ryan and Rachel!). It’s 100% lean Manitoba beef that is free-range and grass fed. It’s never frozen, never pre-cooked, free of growth-hormones, free of steroids and free of artificial preservatives. No butter, oil or fillers are added for “taste”. We grill on a char-broiler to allow natural fat to drip out, leaving you with a healthy, ultra-tasty, natural beef patty!
Chicken: All boneless and skinless Manitoba chicken breasts. They’re marinated in herbs then trimmed of any visible fat before being grilled on a char-broiler. Each Nuburger chicken breast is low in fat and high in protein! It can be combined with any of our homemade salads for an exceptionally lean meal.
Burger Toppings: Our vegetable burger toppings are ALWAYS fresh and we use local produce (when available).
Sauces: All of our sauces have been created specifically for Nuburger and are made from scratch in the restaurant. We only use premium ingredients and have modified the recipes of traditional sauces to make them more healthy without sacrificing taste. A variety of dipping sauces are available for fries.
