Nth Degree CPAs

I have worked with Nth Degree since their inception and have been extremely satisfied with their professionalism, forthrightness and guidance throughout the years. I appreciate the fixed fee contract basis, as this is how I prefer to structure contracts in my own business. I also know that my dealings with Nth Degree require quite a deal of back and forth due to my personal lack of tax knowledge, and the fixed fee ensures that I'm paying a fair price for their service. They are a top-notch group of people that are trying to reinvent the traditional accounting model.

I have worked with Nth Degree CPAs for about a year now, and am ultimately pleased with the results. Young, smart, hip to modern business- they aren't your average beancounters. They are a great choice for any technology based business. Highly recommended.

Good group of smart people. We did not sign with them. Here are the things that bothered us. 1. They want $7800 for a consult aka road map to become their client. We negotiated them down to $6800. It was not worth it. The document oversold savings significantly and while it was done well we felt was cookie cutter. We consider this a $6800 loss for simply considering them. 2. They wanted $3300 per month or 39k quoted to us for many things we would have to do on our own. We felt the way they justified the high cost was exaggerated and hypothetical. To enter a contract over hypothetical and inflated numbers would be a costly mistake. 3. There is no transparency on the pricing model. They are willing to negotiate on each thing but its a bad feeling and waste of energy having the first quote overpriced then have to negotiate it down each time. 4. They continue to send us the contract to sign when they know and suggest we do not proceed with them. They do provide a casual environment and employ many young and smart people. They do have a different outlook on accounting and taxes. In the end we felt it is way overpriced and not transparent.

Every meeting I have with Nth Degree is awesome.  They gave me more useful and actionable information that I could directly apply than any CPA firm I have ever met. It’s evident from talking to the people at Nth degree that they is very experienced and really care about my business.

The professionals down at Nth degree are simply wonderful to work with. The piece of mind of knowing I have a accounting team to handle my books and tax filings for my business is priceless. I can now focus on growing by business rather than spending my time caught up accounting and tax work.
