Initially I seek help from H&R Block local office for assisting my foreign gift tax form filing, later I realized the H&R "senior" tax expert was even looking at the wrong IRS form and claimed I need to pay tax from overseas gift. Try google then some how get into this CPA firm's service. I need foreign gift + cash out loan + annual tax filling service. The service went well and smooth transaction is achieved. The whole process takes appx less than 15 days. Special thanks to their accountant Carmen Li. She provided immediate response when I asked questions, and explained information in great detail. Highly recommended and will probably use their service again.
