Horrible clinic.Pathetic doctor. Clinic shows that they are accepting new patients and walk ins but after waiting there for an hour doctor tells that she won’t take walk ins and that she is not affiliated with 811 and does not care what 811 tells the patient to do. Doctor is rude and not professional at all. Worst experience ever!
Worst doctors office experience of my entire life. Honestly save yourself the trouble and just go somewhere else. Receptionists aren’t great and the doctor is even worse. They have terrible hours and are not accommodating at all. She closes early half the time and makes no mention of it… I swear nobody in the clinic communicates to each other because no one seems to know what’s going on or who has called before or who needs what. It’s ridiculous. Seriously spare yourself and go somewhere else.
I used to be a patient here before 2017 and then I moved down to the states. I was extremely happy with them at the time. Fast forward to 2021 and I called about re-activating my status as a client with them and they had no record of my profile. I know because of covid things change and nobody is accepting new patients, but I was a patient there before. On top of that the receptionist was extremely rude and would not accommodate any information I submitted stating I was a patient there. Overall she was just not being a decent human at all.
The wait is a bit longer than most but I love Dr.Anna she is very thorough and professional and she also gives personal care she takes the time to get to know about you I take my whole family including my grandkids to her Thankyou Dr Anna if it wasn’t for you I wouldn’t be a breast cancer survivor Sincerely Maryann Tollin
Worst clinic ever, waiting for two hours just for the doctor to come and be rude to me without any reason. My leg was suffering, can’t work and might get fired because of her.
Use to love this place but when Dr. Micheal Nsisi passed away. No one called to inform us about it. They use to be a walk in clinic and now they aren't and there is no signs posted about the change. While I would have love to still been going there to support Dr. Anna Nsisi, I'm not happy about the changes and lack of information that came after the passing of Dr. Micheal Nsisi. looking for a new clinic now....
Terrible. Dr. Anna is very unprofessional. Talks about other patients and bad mouths her receptionists. I've had to wait 2-3 hours past my scheduled appointment time on multiple occassions. She sent me for blood work twice in one week when she could have easily done it at the same time. Waste of time. Go to any other clinic.
0VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!My mom goes here and has been waiting 6 Months for "Dr."Anna to fill out a form. She still can't give us a reason for not completing her job, and continues to hang up on my mom and I. My mom goes in for appointments and Anna tells her she doesnt have time........once again 0!
When i went to this place the staff was nice! I love all of them especially some of the doctor assistants. They treated me with care 10/10 recommend
Worst reception staff I have ever dealt with I'm my life I moved to Alberta from Ontario and still hold an Ontario health that I's still valid until 2022 but they tell me that i have been in Alberta too long for my Ontario health card to be valid in Alberta. I was never informed this over the phone and I walked a half hour on a possibly broken toe my appointment was to find out and obtain a doctor's note to possibly clear me for work as I have been working in Alberta and paying taxes for our supposed universal healthcare. I asked to speak to the doctor directly as I was severely frustrated but stayed calm and never once raised my voice and the doctor wouldn't even step out his office for 2 minutes to talk to an injured citizen who just wants to go back to work. The reception staff should all be fired and the doctors should show an ounce of compassion for a tax paying citizen who i's injured. Worst medical staff ever
