I normally do not always recommend the fixed menu but here I found it to be a worthwhile option because you still are able to choose from the menu. Notable was the lobster crepe. The main course is a challenge to choose, but I selected the beef that melted in your mouth and was cooked just right. beautiful

Unbelievably innovative restaurant with fresh interpretations of French cuisine. Run by young enthusiasts who deserve wholehearted support and encouragement. This place alone is worthy a visit to lively beautiful Bangor.

My now fiancé wanted to propose here and they helped to make it absolutely perfect! There were flowers, champagne and the most delicious food/drinks! The owner called my fiancé himself to help make the evening perfect. I cannot say enough good things. Thank you Novios!

Not just one of the best in Bangor, but one of the best period. The food is always excellent and often eclectic based on seasonal products, the service is attentive and friendly, the cocktails are fun and inventive, and the ambiance is both intimate and comfortable. Never had a bad dish or experience. A must try.

Truly excellent meal and service. Our party arrived expecting an Italian theme and while Nivio's features Italian dishes including fresh pasta, there is a lot of variety. From drinks to apps to entre to dessert, all four in our party were completely satisfied.
