The golden bough was delicious. I had the pork chop and it was cooked perfectly. The apple salad/slaw on the side was great and the fingerling potatoes worked perfect to tie it all together. This is the second time the family and I have came here and haven't been disappointed.
The food was delicious, and they had good packaging for to-go orders. We ended up visiting twice during our time in the area.
AMAZING!!! every star deserved these poeple deserve notoriety. Clean calm environment soothing music and the food my god the food. Every meal is detialed picture perfect and sets standards how a meals should be prepared and taste. Im hooked and will return here as my number one chioce.
This farm to table restaurant is a great addition to our small town of Bangor. The restaurant is very clean, the wait staff is very friendly and the food is wonderful! I 100% recommended it!
The golden bough is a awesome restaurant. The food is all local and made fresh everyday and the service is really nice.
The food was very unexpected from what I thought was a hole in the wall. For an appetizer we had their bruschetta and the main we had black Angus tenderloin. Both were amazing never seen that coming for such a small place.
Hidden Gem!! Our visit was wonderful. The food was excellent. I had the house burger and, OMG, the best burger I have ever put in my mouth. I also loved the kobe fries. Our server took great care of us. We will be going back to experience the dinner menu before we leave.
