I went to Novak's for my wedding in June, and I worked with Lynn. She was amazing! She was so helpful and nice, and did an excellent job with my flower bouquet. I had an idea of what I wanted, but I don't know anything about flowers, and Lynn knew exactly what to do. My bouquet was beautiful and and smelled great. I got a lot of compliments on it! I would definitely recommend Novak's to anyone looking for a flower arrangement!!!

What I ordered was NOT even close to what I got- The photo on the left is the bouquet I loved, clean lines, purple tones and what I ordered. When I got the picture from the recipient on the right, I was shocked and very disappointed. The floral shop did call to tell me they had none of the flowers or the vase in stock to make the correct arrangement- to which I said that is fine, please make it as similar as possible, with clean lines and such. What we got was a mess. The owner did reach out and say he would make it right and resend another bouquet, but my 3 attempts to contact him to confirm were not returned. I work with small businesses on a daily basis, was very happy that he acknowledged the mistake, but not making the final step happen causes the one star in this review. Sad, because I really love utilizing LOCAL.

My children from Manhattan sent me an arrangement for Mother's Day and paid a lot. Received it Saturday, the few flowers in it were dying and the rest were wild greenery that I have in my woods. The plain basket was moldy from the dollar store too. I had a dinner party that night and people remarked it was the ugliest arrangement they ever saw. So sad, they are going in the trash for Solon garbage day tomorrow. Happy Mothers Day to me.

I worked with Lynn at Novak's for my wedding flowers. On they day of my wedding, I was blown away at how beautiful they turned out! We loved how thoughtful the flowers were arranged, the freshness of the flowers, and how well they brought my direction to life. My bouquet, my hair flower, the cake topper, and the boutonnieres and corsages were top-notch!

Tammy at Novak's helped me order flowers for 3 different deliveries and was exceptional! I had multiple calls I had to take during the order and she was extremely courteous and patient. She confirmed everything in an accurate and quick fashion. Receipts and invoices were emailed within 10 minutes of placing the order. The flowers always look exceptional!! Highly recommended!
