Just absolutely awful customer service! My fiancé ordered a bouquet of one & half dozen long stem red roses that was supposed to be a floral arrangement per the Teleflora picture. He even paid extra money for the arrangement. The roses didn't last 5 days called them the next morning told them about the roses and the Teleflora guarantee. The woman point blank told me she is not going to replace or do anything about the roses since they only last 5 to 7 days. Per Teleflora they give at least a 7 day guarantee.
