I am the owner of Buds & Bows Floral Design in Melbourne, Florida, and I called for my customer to have a sympathy arrangement sent to Cleveland. Barbara was friendly, and helpful. The bouquet I ordered was an autum color flowers. They didn't have some of them due to the season. But they were so kind to call me and let me know and they were going to make it extra special. I tell you that they were. My friend loved them and I was so impressed. They sure know their stuff.

I recently ordered some flowers from this store and wasn't happy with my order. The manager took the time to call me and she was so sweet and offered to send me new flowers and do what it takes to make me happy. Because she took the time to call me and cared about my concern I will definitely go back for my future orders. They have amazing flowers and always take the time to make sure you leave happy.

Ordered flowers,they arrived in the middle of the funeral. Very emotional and family will not shop there again.

I was sending a flower bouquet to my sister in hospital.. but i wrote the wrong address .. she nicely offered to send it again. thank you, my sister was really happy with the flower.
