Made a reservation in advance for my brother's birthday, as we were visiting from NB, and it was very easy to book and deal with their admin team.nnWhen we came for our reservation, we had the pleasure of dealing with RSO's Mike and Keegan, who were both exemplary in their professionalism and courtesy. They made the first time experience an unforgettable one, and we will surely be back for more tactical adventures. Pricey, but well worth the value of every penny!
My son 10 years old and I split a starter pack on the range while on vacation in the area. This was his first time shooting, and my first time with a hand gun. Process was smooth, from booking the lane the day prior, to check in, waiver and payment. Our instructor Keegan I believe, was excellent. He made sure my boy understood all his instructions, and was excellent at balancing the responsibilities of handling the weapon, with calming his nerves and assuring him he would do fine and have fun. In the end, we both thoroughly enjoyed it and my son was very proud of his results. Highly recommend for novice shooters.
absolutely awesome! the instructor mike i think his name was, he was a great instructor awesome vibe and gave me the confidence to shoot those guns!!!
