Such an arrogant and rude customer service. Most of the representatives don't know the meaning of "Customer service". I've called CRA several times, 90% of the time I've experienced rude and arrogant customer service. They don't really want to repeat the answers if we ask. I don't have any clue why people have to tolerate these kind of garbage and paying high taxes

Service was surprisingly good. The agent was knowledgeable and helpful. The wait time on the phone to reach them was excessive - but once I got through I had no problem getting my issue resovled.

They have yet to process my refund from income tax. I have called numerous times, been hung up on, was promised a call back. Nothing it's been months now and I am so frustrated.

Absolutely horrendous service. Likely the worst service I've received in my 26 years. No phone support. Website will not function as designed. I went to the office and not only was there no customer service area, but, when I was able to speak with an employee they didn't even attempt to assist me. I was directed back to the previous methods mentioned which obviously did not solve my problem. Will avoid at all costs in the future.

The wait times are ridiculous..the call was dropped as we were trying to get things resolved with the cra acct login..waited 2.5 hrs and then called back amd was on hold for another 1.5 hrs however Jessica the rep. was very helpful and patient and went beyond to solve the issues associated with my hubby's amd my acct login issues. CRA requires a better more efficient platform..shouldn't have to to wait upwards of 4 hrs on a call...

They no longer accept drop-offs for tax returns - they need to be mailed. And there is no way to access their office so questions can't be answered.

2 hours on hold then got hung up on because I didn't know my bank info so they said they can't verify who I am tryed to call back and said all lines where busy try again later horable survis 0 Stars

Very good assistance with my first attempt at doing my income tax. I asked if I had made errors, and the CRA rep assisting me was patient and very detailed - phenomenal service, really.

called right at opening, as soon as the phones went live, and already a wait of 2+ hours.... insane

It was hard to get hold of these guys, but finally happened and they were able to help me out.
