Notchbrook General Store

So last year I went to Stowe for the first time in years last September and was going to hike Mt. Mansfield,and I stopped at this store it was the worst place I’ve stopped at in a long time. So I was with my mother in the store,and as I was checking out at the register,the cashier lady seemed very nice and genuine so I saw her name on her name tag and all I said to her was that “she had a lovely name to go along with her beautiful face” that’s it and this woman got so bent out of shape you would have thought I had done something so awful ya know. And then she says to me “well isn’t that a rude thing to say” how is any part of that rude at all for god sakes I was being nice. I don’t know the cashier name but she had long black hair. If you go to this store don’t be fooled by her fake niceness cause she is actually down right rude and nasty and I will never give my business to that crappy store again cause I don’t give my business to places that employ or hire such types of negative people.

In that part of stowe theres no other option. Too pricy

Awesome little store for quick pickups. Great prices. I wish I would have stopped here yesterday instead of the wallet shrinking I experienced at another grocery store!

They have everything you need, not the best prices, but always convenient.
