The team at Nose Creek Physio was exceptional! Each member of the team was kind and professional. I always felt well cared for and safe as I managed my recovery back to health. In particular my Physiotherapist Radek exhibited exceptional knowledge and wisdom in how to proceed and develop the best program for me. I hope not to be injured again, but if ever I need it I will 10 out of 10 times come back to Nose Creek Physio. Thank you for all your hard work!
I highly recommend seeing Katie. She has helped me deal with my pain from my previous car accidents, and work injuries. i have seen many different therapists over the years, but Katie is the best hands down. She takes her time, asks questions about my problems, and is a great listener. My only issue with this clinic is that the receptionist always tries to book me with another masseuse, but I don't feel comfortable with that. Katie is professional, competent and super friendly.
I started going to Nose Creek a couple of months ago due to some lower back and hip pain that I had been dealing with for months. I could barely even get up off the floor! Had the pleasure of working with Radek to fix my imbalances, get rid of my pain, and increase my mobility. He is amazing! Not only was the treatment plan excellent, but his encouragement on the days I felt weak and his positivity and perspective when I was feeling frustrated were just what I needed to keep me going. I also saw Mariah for massages as part of my plan and have been seeing her for massage for a while now and she is fantastic! The follow up plan I was offered is really good and I know that I will continue to improve. Ana and Sandra at the front desk are wonderful too. I recommend Nose Creek to everyone!
I went to Nose Creek Physiotherapy because of the great google reviews for an initial assessment with treatment and another treatment. For both appointments I had to wait over a 40 minutes past my scheduled appointment time. For the second treatment the therapist gave me a 5 minute session and then gave me 15 minutes worth of exercises I should have been assigned at home and left me for almost an entire hour before I got frustrated and just left. They tried several times to call me back for another treatment but I will not be going back.
Love the receptionist here are very helpful. Rad is my physiotherapist who does good job make sure you will do home exercises and keep eye on you. My massage therapist Maria does wonderful job as well! Recommend this place!
Great experience, and clean. Kudos to Katie Luu for her professionalism.She is a fantastic massage therapist.She gave the best massage i have ever had and helped my back/ neck pain go away. I am much more relaxed now. If you ever need an amazing massage. Make sure to go see Katie at Nose Creek Physiotherapy, u definatly wont he dissapointed and will feel rejuvenated.
Katie is absolutely amazing at getting out the knots in my shoulders and neck. I’ve been going to her for nearly two years and can’t say enough good things about her ability to make me whole again. She takes the time to ask where I'm having difficulty and immediately releases all the knots on my complete body. She finds some I wasn’t even aware of. I’m never disappointed when I leave the office. She is the best I’ve had and I thank her for the continued help. Having a frozen neck is not a pleasant thing but she certainly makes it feel so much better.
I developed TMJ lock jaw after a root canal. The endodontist offered no help except to tell me it would improve on its own. It didn't. After a couple of frustrating follow-ups during the next six weeks, and having received the same unhelpful advice, I finally made an appointment with my regular dentist who referred me to Nose Creek Physiotherapy. I am so grateful she did. Radek, my therapist, knew exactly how to provide relief. There was noticeable improvement after each appointment, starting from the first visit. Radek's skill, knowledge and treatment plan, along with the exercises he gave me, got my jaw back to normal so I could eat and speak properly again. I appreciated Radek's reassuring demeanour, and the friendliness of everyone at the clinic. High recommended.
My mom needs some help with arthritis causing muscle weakness. After some online research, I picked Nose Creek Physiotherapy only because it’s close to her house. But Himen’s service is definitely above and beyond her expectation. Himen is not only a great physiotherapist who provided my mom with much-needed care but also very patient and answered all my mom’s questions. I highly recommend seeing Himen.
Katie is an amazing massage therapist. I hadn't been in for massage for a few years, but she worked out all the knots and I had such an amazing experience. She's very intuitive and even told me about an injury I had forgotten about - didn't realize my muscles were still sore from it! I would highly recommend her for massage. She was so lovely and friendly making the whole experience very relaxing. I have been to this clinic in the past for physio and have always had a positive experience! Update: It's now 2022 and I still only go to this location because of Katie. If she wasn't there I would not go as they charge way too much. However for Katie's expert massages, I'm happy to pay. She's amazing! I had my sister, brother, mother all go to see her for a massage and everyone loved her professional demeanor and expert massage techniques!
