Back on top! When Norval Pancake Factory first opened it was amazing! Line ups forever! over the years the quality seemed to have slipped but the last 2 times I've visited they definitely found their mojo again! Definitely recommend! I'll be back!
If you want a custom cake made I strongly recommend this place! I've never had anything like it, closest I can put into words would be like a really soft whipped cream croissant infusion. Anna was so nice and remembered every tiny detail about us to perfect the flavour Looking forward to ordering more cakes from her!
So excited to finally visit this place. Everything was perfect. Food was absolutely delicious and the Oreo Pancakes OMG my kids were in heaven! Great customer service. Great atmosphere. Organized, Spacious and Clean. There was no lines. We got there, gave my name and phone number and they took us to our table right away. Waited a bit for our food which I understand because everything is made from scratch. I will definitely go back.
We were in the area and needed a breakfast spot. We loved the food! Great food, well presented, generous portions and friendly service! Definitely adding it to a list of favourites!
The staff were friendly and the food was delicious and arrived in 15-20 minutes, I had strawberry banana pancakes with sausage! Very filling.

I had a wonderful time!! I took my niece out for Brunch. It was the first time sitting on a patio in a year!! It was so nice to eat there and be served. Helen our server was great!! Super friendly and very welcoming. The table and restaurant area were clean, food arrived pretty quick and was very tasty!! I had the waffle with strawberries and bananas and my niece had peameal bacon and eggs. I will definitely go back here again! Thank you!!!
I have heard about this place for years through patients at the clinic I worked at. It had a reputation from the Georgetown residence and locals around the Norval Region. I have to say -I was impressed. The place was clean and spacious. The staff were super friendly and the local "regular" customers were also awesome. There are so many options on the menu to choose from. I got the Jr. Lumbar Jack-which consisted of 1 Pancake, 1 Sausage, 1 Bacon strip, Home fries, two pieces of toast and 2 eggs! It was honestly so good and the portions were generous. Both my mother and I ate for a total of $23 and change. I was impressed. So reasonable. I would recommend this place and I will be going back here.
Way over priced...3.75 for gravy or cheese. 6.00 for side of fries... And they are terrible ...coated ...which it does not say in menu...with over seasoning and salt...no food check. Asked if I wanted box ...I said no thanks I didn't enjoy at all...left all but couple bites ... Charged full price.... Also you don't leave creamers and milk out all day on tables..
