They dumped my 5 pets like that after I made a complaint after they sedated my dog then ripped his nail completely off! There’s more. I called in tonight at 1:30am because my cat JunJun is crying out and meowing hard because he is in pain. They denied to see him and said we were terminated!!! She said IM SORRY I CANT SEE THE LITTLE BOY, she used those exact words. She told me to call DRYDEN VET and they are 4.5 hours drive away. The manager AMANDA MONTGOMERY is the worst manager ever, I have heard many stories of patients who have been mistreated and if they saying anything like speaking up for themselves it’s true THEY WILL THROW YOU UNDER THE BUS. To be honest, every time I went there the receptionist’s can be heard talking about clients who have just left or called. That is just down right rude. There are a few good vet doctors there and they should start there own practice with reasonable costs. I paid 1132.00 when I took my cat in for an X-ray, bloodwork, exam, and medicine was overpriced. One time because I called at 5:01pm, they close at 6pm. They said they had to charge me 500 for after hours care. Unbelievable? But true. Years ago they were a very good vet hospital but now it’s being runned more like a SPA.
Ive been going here for a few years. And honestly ive come to the conclusion these people only care about money. They over charge for everything. They perscribed my dog metacam 10ml which they charge 66$ for and the online pharmacy for pets for the same bottle chargers 19.00.. the markup makes me want to vomit. When i called to ask to have the prescription sent to me. They want 40$, and i was met with Laura who was rude as soon as i mentioned what i wanted to do. I paid for cheaper services in Windsor and got the same ammount of care if not better, as they were atleast nice.
There simple the best, always your best friend first. They have saved more then one of my pet's over the yrs. Even a staff that simple just sits and watches your pet to provide them with company. Is so very greatfull and thanks for being all yous can be. Love from our family to yours. Sincerely A,Cory
This was my vet office for 10years. I don’t know who runs it now, but awful. Secretaries are ignorant, they rarely answer phones, extremely rude if they made a mistake. They will throw YOU under the bus to protect themselves. WATCH OUT. Vets respond to secretaries vents and base your treatment off of their opinion. First time I had an issue with any pet in 10+ years and they treated me like a villain….for gingivitis. I’ve never felt so awful by a service I paid for. At $3500 might I add. AVOID this place at all costs.
Hearing about euthanasia practices that do not allow the owner to be with their pets in the final moments is disgusting. I understand Covid rules are there to protect the employees but come on PPE is widely available and I am sure when the staff is finished work they are out and about with strangers. To not allow someone to be there in the last moments is wrong. I know this review will be deleted but you should know that more and more people are talking and there are other places that have compassion and allow patients to be with their families.
I can't say enough about how the staff and vets look after my 2 Bernese Mountain dog s they are so caring its just awsome.
We had to make the heart breaking decision to put our dog to rest. The staff and technicians, from the first call to the last goodbye, were amazing. They made the process easier and accommodated our needs, allowing us to be with our pooch during his final moments. You can really tell that they care about what they do.
Reliable and helpful vet care in my experience dogs. Dr. Goth is particularly informative and reassuring. Hope they can grow and take on more pet families!

Emergency visit for my ailing 19 yr old cat on a Sunday evening . The Dr. and staff were excellent and compassionate people. Are lovely below has now passed on, but this facility did everything they could to help her. I highly recommend this place.
