Excellent health care for my cat. Dr. Alex and Dr. Bart are great. I have always had great service, from the front of the clinic to the back. The staff at the front are always helpful when I call for appointments or need advice. Well worth the drive.
We have been a member of Crossroads for 9 years with 2 dogs and they are the best to deal with and take very good care of Bella and Harley !! All the vets and staff are great to deal with and are very caring and helpful. Thank you for always taking care of our dogs.
Great people, but wish we could figure out why my dog won't eat. X-rays showed ok and blood work was good. Need to know what my next step is.
The staff at the front desk are always helpful and patient when I have extra questions, and the vets and vet techs are always so kind to my animals and reassuring to me, taking the time to explain whatever is needed. In particular, thanks Dr. Sue for helping us with Maude! Everyone in the vet industry is jam-packed busy and they still work with a smile on their face. Thanks everyone!
Yes they’re always busy, but I’ve never had an issue with being able to get in for an emergency visit. My pets have always been treated with care and respect by this excellent team from the first shots through to their final visit. I highly recommend them.
4 years after I left Thunder Bay, I still think about the excellent care and service my dogs and I received at Crossroads. I haven't found as caring and cost-effective vets since. Special shout out to Dr Matt. I wish every vet was like him.
The Crossroads Veterinary Clinic is a sincere and compassionate team committed to putting the needs of their clients and non-clients first. The service delivery is one like no other. I could not have chosen a better veterinary clinic to support and provide care to my Flemish Giant rabbit, Franklin during his last months of life.
So, my Denny dog has been having bladder issues. 6 yr old Husky/Shephard x. After trying antibiotics, then steroids nothing was working so Crossroads Veterinary Clinic did an xray and discovered bladder stones. Which apparently is rare in large breeds. Huge thank you to the entire staff there for taking amazing care of my girl. Also thank you to everyone for always being so kind and reassuring!
My recent experience with Crossroads Vet is was very good. I was a wreck to say the least, my Frenchie was very sick throughout the night, I had talked to Smart Vet first as it was after hours. Then had to call back a second time worried, they had Dr.Novak call me talk me through everything. She told me to have Moose at the clinic for 8 they’d do X-rays to see what was going on. So I went for 8 by 845 we had answers that Moose had 2 small pieces of metal one in his stomach one in his intestine. Dr.Sue was amazing walking me through what she and her team would be doing. I can say I was worried sick, but the team there is amazing. Some of ladies remembered Moose from when I had him in before because he ate a sock and was making him sick. They took really good care of him. Once they had him out of surgery to remove whatever was in there turned out to be one of my scrunchie Apple Watch bands. They kept him overnight, Dr.Sue called me the next morning saying Moose is doing Really well and was cleared to come home. I am so thankful for the team at Crossroads
Everyone was amazing, from the technician who came and weighed Freya, to the vet who did her shots and the receptionist that scheduled me in and rescheduled me for her booster. It was extremely clean in the clinic and I'm really happy with the services provided. I also asked about spaying there, but the vet was kind enough to mention the spay and neuter clinic as a much more cost effective place to go. I'll definitely be going back
