Northwest Savings Bank

This bank is run by crooks and ethical mutants. I had an issue with my debit card awhile back regarding overdraft fees. The bank conducted their own kangaroo court investigation and sent me unsigned letter stating I owed the fees. When I questioned my “quote” account manager Paul Kruszewski-who played the liaison between the mystery man who supposedly conducted the investigation-Paul was smug and arrogantly played dumb or went silent on anything he couldn’t answer. Morally and ethically I knew I was right but I was in college and did not have money or time to pursue them in court. Turns out they did this to a lot customers-there was a 2 million dollar class action I was included in and got my money back a few years later. The bank was running a high to low posting scam. Funny how things work out in time.
