I used their kiosk system to get a storage unit. 5 minutes later I called them to cancel it because it was too small and I decided I didn't need it after all. I was told I would be refunded fully. The next month I get a voice mail from them telling me I am late on that months rent. Confused, I call them and email them back. When I finally got ahold of them I was told they needed to look into what I was talking about and they would give me a call back. No call came so I called them back yet again. They gave me the same response again. I STILL never got a call back or received my refund of nearly 100$ as promised. This all started LABOR DAY weekend. UPDATE************* FINALLY notified they realized they had not refunded me. Not sure why my many phone calls did nothing to raise the red flag on that but refund was received in Late December 2015.
