It had been over a decade since I'd taken a yoga class and I'm not sure how the experience could have been improved. Having studied and practiced yoga consistently in my 20's including 6 months in India I entered the long overdue class hoping for the unwatered down, non-hybridized 30 Minutes to Enlightenment, or Zumba Yogachi Bow 90X, Iyangar Yoga that I was taught in India. To have an instructor of Mary's caliber in Petoskey is a gift. She is sincere, authentic, and clearly a purist relative to the art. I look forward to breathing my way through the next class.
