Despite some of the negative comments, I had a very good experience here.nnThe staff who booked my appointment over the phone was very sweet and understanding didn't get her name unfortunately, but she was at the phones Friday, November 15 around 3:30pm.nnI then went in on a Thursday morning, and all three receptionists were quick and friendly.nnThe technician who did my ultrasound Naomi was super kind, friendly and professional!nShe made me feel very comfortable and relieved all anxiety I had doing an u/s without my partner.nnI appreciate you, North Shore!nKeep up the good work!
I was there for X-ray. They called me exactly on my appointment time. Everything done within 9 minutes, and I walked away. Front end staff was awesome and kind. Ali was the technician. He did great job, he is professional, kind and friendly. Absolutely recommended.
i’ve come here a bunch of times, and everyone working there was literally the kindest people to ever exist. they were cheery, patient, understanding, and made the experience super easy and relaxing. even the students who were training there were really capable and nice. also wait times are not that long at all.
I can't say enough about how great everyone is at this location. This is a busy spot but everyone I have encountered is efficient, professional and very friendly. They really go out of their way to be kind and helpful. Keep up the great work everyone!
I don't understand why booking appointments or doing a walk in is so hard. Why can't I book online, upload my requisition, and be done? They had 4 staff behind the counter all doing what as far as I can tell is completely unnecessary work, with huge queues of people waiting who didn't need to be waiting.nnOnce an appointment was made after originally physically walking in, waiting 25 minutes for my number to be called, etc everything else was great. Friendly and efficient staff.nnBut why - just why. This can be so much easier for everyone.
