Had an appointment today and was taken in promptly on time. Receptionist had a great attitude and smile and was very efficient. Almost no wait before the procedure was done by an extremely pleasant technician. Before I knew it I was finished! Great team, I was impressed. I think there are a lot of walk-ins and I'd encourage people to make an appointment it only took me 2 days to get in, although I did have to wait on hold for quite a while.
The staff at NSMI are caring and compassionate. When booking, then have always gone out of their way to accommodate difficult schedules or short-notice requests. Appointment confirmations are sent via text and email with clear pre-appointment information.nnOn one occasion, they even fit in a family member of mine during the holidays who was visiting from out of town and required an emergency scan.nnHighly recommend!
I recently had both an ultrasound and a mammogram at North Shore Medical Imaging, and I was really impressed. The staff were professional, kind, and genuinely attentive. They even did extra imaging to ensure the area I was worried about was clearly visible and properly examined. I truly felt cared for and reassured throughout the whole process. Highly recommend their service.
I just had my 20 week ultrasound here and it was a great experience. The intake is efficient just read the email! and the tech was so nice. Baby wasn't cooperating, so she had me move around a bunch to try to get better picture since we had the time.
I went for a chest x-ray yesterday for pnemonia but they were shut tight due to staffing shortage.. On top of that, they are not doing walk-ins anymore as they don't have the staff. They could do a better job of communicating this as their hours on the website and phone line said they were open. Assume they don't even have staff to update they phone lines or website. This is the first time I've had a problem with them and will go elsewhere.
