A long-standing community recreation centre that has served North Vancouver for many years. While the facility shows its age in places, it continues to provide valuable programs and activities for local families.nWe had a good time there with the kids, and it remains an important community space for recreation and sports.
Amirr is a gem of a human being and fitness trainer. In my initial only $12 for an hour consultation, he took the time to understand what i was looking to get out of coming to the gym, and the session. Extremely knowledgable, and he knows how to apply it to your training. The dude brings an energy so positive to sessions that gets you excited to workout and makes you wonder why you’ve been wasting your time anywhere else.
Very cool and nice designnBut the parking lot has lots of nails and screws that can puncture your carnOn the first day I had such terrible experience
What a letdown. Massive building, tons of wasted space, small fitness centre with basically no free weights and outdated cardio equipment. Clearly Form was prioritized over Function. Total waste
Please tell me that you'll be extending the weight room closing hours beyond 5 on Mondays and 7 the rest of the weekdays? These are kiddie pool hours.nnAnd it turns out, that yes, the closing hours are indeed much later. Thank you for the response folks.nAnd for those who haven't been there yet, the equipment is obviously new and good quality, there's plenty of space...and the view alone is worth a tour.
