NSBS has to be the best bike shop in North Van. Incredible customer service, very knowledgable, and WILLING to teach at the same time. Not a combination that is easily found. I left my bike there for service of my fork fox 36 i inspected it before leaving to their shop and i didn't see any nicks i came back after few days for pick up and noted there’s a lot of nicks on the tube I’m sure this is not cause by hard impacts or crash i called them to ask and told me it might showed up after their cleaning/service so i might missed it when i inspected it before leaving to their shop? So i went there and showed it to them and they told me it should be ok and doesn’t affect the seal but for me I’m  concern for sure because I'm taking care of my fork anyways so i asked my bike group/buddies and fb groups to just clear my mind and they mentioned lots of comments i don’t t want to cause trouble or anything because i always go to their shop for concerns of my bikes so i just left their shop and say thanks for their service everyone on their shop are nice

THE BEST BIKE SHOP AND SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED! 10/10. Went in to get a snapped spoke replaced and they did it there and then on the spot. Outstanding customer service and fair pricing. I wouldn't even bother looking anywhere else for bike repairs or purchases.

I love this shop. I brought in my old Banshee thinking I’d need to leave it to be fixed. The person at the desk answered my questions, then Mike came over and took a look at the bike, made a few adjustments and I was on my way. The staff is awesome, I highly recommend this shop.

Very professional and very friendly crew here! They helped me build up my custom transition spire and everything went very smoothly.

Had a dropper post on a brand new bike that wasn't working and I couldn't fix myself - Mike said to bring it by so they could take a look, even though it was close to closing. The guys were super nice and fixed the seat so I could hit the trails the next day! Really appreciative they helped out so close to end of day. Definitely recommend heading to the shop if you have any bike needs!
