I bought a jacket from this store. Order ‘S’ size and then they cancelled my order stating website haven’t got updated properly. We agreed to get M size jacket. That was a defect product. I called them multiple times and sent emails to their customer service. After all I received this following response from one of the service agent. “” probably just got a bit crooked from shipping, which can be fixed by just wearing it “” Asked them to provide assurance on this statement. What if doesn’t work. I paid more than 200$ for this jacket and this shop asking to adjust with what I had received. Worst service ever!!! Even Manager wasn’t responsive. Would be raising Consumer complaint on this issue. Forcing customers to buy on what they send. This is what I got as their response. The statement quoted in your “”message is not a guarantee but merely speculation based on your description of the alleged issue”” Never ever buy the product online from this store. Sad to see a lot of people posted bad reviews already.
Everyone has a great attitude, awesome customer service. They had a killer boxing day sale and were willing to hold an item for me temporarily. Happy to support local board shops
Had a great experience at this location thanks to Duncan. He spent over an hour with me, helping me find the right ski boots for some issues I was having. I returned and got again exceptional service from Duncan. Super knowledgeable, experienced and helpful!
Been there twice to service my first gravel bike. Very helpful and friendly staff, they let me into the service area and taught me some maintenance and issues. Quick turnaround on bike service. I also found some good items on sale.
I’ve had nothing but the best service from everyone at this Comor location. Definitely feels more like a core shop compared to the one in kits. Turn around times are always quick and they even helped me warranty a pair of skis that wasn’t even purchased at their store. 5/5

A Step Above, these guys are truly helpful from start to finish. They had my new bike ready to go with pedals on, and even set my shock sag and pressures before I left the shop. They’re down to earth and just other mtb’ers like yourself. They’ve earned a loyal customer.
The guys at Comor North Shore helped me put together this "Over the Top" RM Growler starting with the specific bike itself and installing the Trust fork, SixC cranks, bars, oval chainring etc. Just wished the Saints were available to complete the build. UPDATE: Bike got stolen May 3-4, 2021 The Trust Performance Message fork was recovered.
Exceptional customer service and professional attitude provided by Svetlin and the other guys when I bought my wife's Rocky Mountain mountain bike from that shop. I was hesitating if that was the right entry level bike for my love but they succeed to convince me and now my wife is really happy with that choice. Thank you guys for your professional attitude.
