What a great name for a financial company. But if you run into the legal department especially if you’re talking to Kayla, better watch out! She will snap at you like she’s your mother. She had that tone and all! Smh! Wouldn’t want to be part of her family! What a great way to talk to your customers, late on payments or not you should keep your voice to the minimum when you’re dealing with customers.
They are unprofessional, dishonest. I have car loan with them. Ask for few days payment delay. Person committed me instead of payment deduction on Friday. They will do it on Tuesday. I was happy l, I will control my bills. Friday payment get deducted . Thought they were unable to stop. I said ok fine. Now nothing can be done. Worse fraud they did. They deduct on Tuesday also. In bi weekly payment they deducted two payment. When I ask to return back one payment. They refused. I am stuck with these frauds. I will strongly suggest not to do any business with them. They are unprofessional
My father, least a vehicle through this company. He’s a 72-year-old man on a pension. The financial bank institution that he had his monthly payments going through had shut down on him, and did not provide any paperwork regarding the company to put through to the next bank. He made calls every day to the company where he bought the vehicle from, and they refused to call him back. Finally when his van got repo it we got the From the police. When we called his company and explain the situation, they had no leniency they were extremely rude. They had no one to talk to you, but yet they could still report a vehicle that same day in a couple hours later there’s no one to talk to you about it. And because they had no one to talk to you about it at the time they are going to make him know, pay for four days of storage however, long it takes for the bailiff to call back plus whatever other fees per day. This company knew where to repo the van from, but they didn’t send anything in the mail to aware him so that he could at least have the name to provide with the information to contact them with what she was trying to gather for months.
Have a loan currently with NorthLake, went to trade for a new vehicle, came back with worse terms than my current rates and not willing to help get a resolution. Not a way to treat a customers that’s always been on time with payments etc. as soon as I can get clear of NorthLake I will be, and recommend anyone getting an approval with them to look elsewhere. I’d give a 0 star if I could but that’s not a option!
So much inconsistency's as of my last car payment was pushed to the end of the loan on the day of it was supposed to come out, im now anticipating delays and not going to have the money until april 5th so i called this morning to have it set for april 5th just to be told that there is nothing to be done. Everything should be the same not 1 person able to help with one thing then another person not being able to help one thing.
So far I been with NorthLake for a few months and the customer service has been absolutely AMAZING! I dealt with 2 individuals Brenda and Sonia …Customer service 10/10! Very rare you come across companies that respect ppl no matter what the financial situation! Thank you guys so much!
I have been with NorthLake for 2 months now for financing a vehicle. Service is quick, communication is clear and prompt. Sonia has been wonderful through communicating via emails. I would recommend them before any other big bank- because they’re not as professional or as helpful as North lake has been with me in such a short period. I am very happy with the service and open communication lines I have had with Sonia and other team members as well.
Northlake financial is absolutely amazing! They are so nice to deal with. One representative in particular is amazing. Her name is Joanie Sedgwick. I absolutely love dealing with her, She is extremely helpful and really puts in the effort to help you with whatever you need! Thank you Northlake financial for being amazing. I don't have one bad thing to say.
If only more companies were like Northlake! I very much appreciate the email payment reminders and their understanding to financial difficulties and how hard they work to satisfy their customers with any and all issues that arise. Thank you Northlake. You all are so amazing.
