Prices up.. quality down… I have gone to Water way for quite a long time and although I have heard poor reviews over the last 6 months, I had great service up until the last few visits but this one was really the worst. I bought the standard detail with the mats. I bought my car three months ago and barely drive it. It sits in a garage most of the time so it doesn’t not have a lot of dirt or wear. I was shocked when I started to drive away as I don’t know what they spent 15 minutes wiping down. I have leather seats so they shouldn’t have needed to do much but it looked like they didn’t do anything at all. I took it back for a second wipe down and I’m still not impressed. I had considered buying a membership to keep my new car pristine but I won’t be doing that. Since the prices have raised, the quality has gone down. So not only am I paying more, I’m tipping more so I might as well cough up an extra $30 and go to a more professional and reputable place where it will be consistent. Photos are all post wash like they never touched the car. It didn’t look that great the second time either.Service:&nbsp;Auto detailing

I didn’t expect much from this company as is because of the reviews but I didn’t expect them to be this bad. I got a whole thing wash and paid more for the mats and they didn’t  even complete every mat. The wipe down was not a wipe down but really just one wipe. Every surface still has residue and dust. At the start, I asked which wash does actual vacuuming not just a quick pretend of vacuuming and they said all so I went for the whole thing. Thats not the case. They did not vacuum either.

I nevvvver write reviews, but this place is so bad that it’s inspired me to warn folks. $50 for a deluxe detail and it doesn’t even look like they wiped any surfaces! Definitely am exterior only shop, don’t waste your money on a detail. Didn’t vacuum the seats, obviously, given the leftover pet hair. Just all around not great :/

Your average pay-n-wash. Got the basic package, for $22.00 plus tip, and was satisfied. They have a subscription program, too.

Despite the semi-ok cleaning of the interior at best I love getting my car washed at Waterway. Even with their recent increase in rates now interior and exterior is $50 I still have continued to go there. Don’t get me started on their scent packets, flipping love those things!!!  With that said… please, please avoid their locations at all costs! This Saturday I pulled in to the carwash lane with an absolutely perfect, less than a year old, car and left 20 mints later with significant damage to my passenger quarter panel. The car wash attendant told me on Saturday their wash is definitely not touchless and could absolutely cause the damage we found on my car. Today, their manager called and told me they are denying my damage claim. As a member of waterway for several years, I’m disappointed, but it’s fine they can deal with my insurance company and I’m telling everyone to never use their wash again. Never, ever did I think something like this could happen to me.  Hope this helps safe someone else’s car before it’s too late.  As small as it looks on the pictures, I promise it’s much deeper in person.

Thanks but no thanks.  Don't waste your time or money here.  This was the first time I've been here and I used the express wash.  I paid $14.00 hoping to rinse minimal dirt off and to vacuum my car.  The wash didn't work great as I still had dirt/bugs on the front grill and windshield.  I was also not allowed to use a vacuum.  What in the $&!#? I paid $14 for a light sprinkle and can't use a vacuum?  You're better off going literally anywhere else.  I typically use a location off of University and HRP or one of the self-serve locations.  The price is cheaper with better results.  I do wish I would have read the reviews beforehand.  The reason I gave it 1 star is the location.  Seems like there is a huge opportunity with the location and need for the business - IF  improvements were implemented.

I went for basic $25 service. They just do some vacuum inside. They haven't cleaned outside properly. I can see soap and water drop marks. Total waste of spending money here. I don't suggest this service.

This place is around the corner from my house, so it's convenience that led me to start using their services. The first time I went, I noticed that nearly every person who picked up their car before me had to ask for someone to come back and wipe something down. Sure enough, when I got to my car, it was no different. But at the time, I considered that it was just an off day.  I've now had my entire exterior and interior car washed they call it "The Whole Thing", $50 plus tip, four additional times. Each time, I've left dissatisfied. This morning was my last attempt. I paid the $50 for a wash the only wash, they told me, that covers wiping down ALL interiors of the car -- not just the dash.  $50 feels like an incredible amount of money, and when I drove off, I continued to notice things like the front windshield not being fully wiped down as well as the passenger windows, my console still being dirty, etc. At this point, I can pay 10 bucks to go through a n auto wash and then wipe down the interior of my car for a $3 can of wipes at Target. Obviously, we all use a car wash to avoid this time consuming procedure, but I'm quite over giving this business my money.  I will not be going back. I've consigned to either doing the interior myself or seeking out a new business to try out.Services:&nbsp;Car waxing
