I had my wind shield replaced and paint protection film applied to the front of my car. My car was not the easiest to deal with and there were some issues with it, but bottom line the team did an excellent job. They went above and beyond ensure I was happy. Wonderful team, wonderful service.

First time coming here for rust proofing , i brought my first brand new vehicle last year , came here to get rust proofing . After they over charged me compared to other places . Also they got oil residue all over the inside of the cab . I almost crashed on the way home as there was oil all over my brake peddle causing to slip off! There was oil sprayed on the side of the truck which made an expensive car wash to get it off. Took over 2 hours to do the job and all i can smell is burning oil when it burns off my exaust! The truck smells like oil from 100 ft away! Stinks my wife is pissed! Terrible customer service ! Terrible !

Great service! Great bunch of guys working there. Very good advice. Helped source best quality and priced parts/accessories to install. Very pleased with work and will return.

Definitely a 5 star business. Decided to get my windows tinted recently, went to a different tint shop and ended up purchasing illegal window tint on the front windows. Definitely my fault but as a first time buyer for tint I was hoping for a little more information/guidance from the shop workers. Decided to chalk it off as a mistake and suck up the cost. Took my business to Monroe to have the 4 windows re-done. The staff and management were stellar, left very happy. unfortunately one of the back windows did start to peel at the base so I returned to see what can be done and they said if they couldn't fix it they would replace it with no cost. As a person who conducts training for all level managers and site owners for work, these guys have business and guest service locked down. Excellent people.
