North Eleven

Wonderful food and customer service! My fiancé and I were craving wings but didn’t want to drive all the way to Bdubs on the west side. We’ve had a few other places close by and their wings are meh at best. My fiancé brought up North 11, which I never had before. My goodness y’all I have been missing out! Their wings were SO GOOD! Not some tiny, no meat wings. These were juicy, flavors were amazing! We got sweet chili, jerk and hot Frank’s Red Hot. Prices are very reasonable too

Great experience. Hadn't been here in many, many years only because we live on the opposite side of town and don't come down this way very often. We were super happy with the quality of the meals we received, and it was FAST to come to our table. Service was also great. We're excited to come back again in the future and try more items on the menu. It was hard to decide what to get because so many things sounded so good.

Unfortunately we used to love coming here but the service has gone downhill. Came with my daughters and we waited 35 minutes after getting our food to be seen again by our server. We asked for extra crispy wings and they were soft and rubbery. It was asked what kind of cheese on my daugters burger had asked for and it came out with no cheese at all.

Sat for a what seemed like a very long time before a waitress took our drink orders then sat for another long stretch of time we left before getting out drinks or putting in an order. I’m pretty understanding I’ve worked in food service before. But this was a week night and it wasn’t even busy the wait staff was just no where to be found.

Overly priced and mediocre service. My boyfriend ordered the boneless wings which were $13 and looked like they came out of the freezer section from the local grocery store. I had the fish and chips. The fish was good, but didn't come with lemon. The tartar sauce tasted like straight up mayo and they only gave you a bite and a half of coselaw. Waiter was no where to be found and when we finally did get a hold of her it took 20 minutes to get what we requested. The ambiance of the restaurant definitely doesn't match the service or quality of food.

Cool environment. Waitress was inexperienced and inattentive. Steak was tough and drowned in overly sweet bourbon glaze. Other food items looked much better. Not impressed for the price.Food: 1/5

We brought a friend and were glad we did. The food was excellent and I had one of the best prime dips I have ever eaten! The service was excellent as well.Food: 5/5

Food was mediocre at best for what they charge. Seems like a fancy bistro when you walk in, but whoevers cooking the food should not work in a kitchen. The food was not fresh and the rice was dry and unseasoned.

One of the best restaurants on the East side of Kalamazoo. Great service , Good food,nice size portions,with lots of vegetarian dishes and the beautiful modern black glass decor with the soothing fireplace was the perfect holiday atmosphere for our Saturday night dinner. It was just Perfect!
