Five stars and more if I could !! I walked in looking for a tractor for my husband, and being a woman truthfully I was nervous about how I was going to be treated. The sales man Evan was absolutely amazing, he talked me through every single detail about the purchase I was going to make. The guy came out from the shop Sebastian, and was so amazingly kind, and willing to show me the tractor, he even showed me how to drive it and how to attach the front end motor. Even the general manager Jessica, made this popular name store have a comfort to it. From Evan, Jessica, Sebastian, and others the team at this store made this whole process not only simple, but enjoyable. Evan even personally delivered the tractor to my home so my husband could get his tractor before the holiday !!! My husband now has the tractor of his dreams and I couldn’t thank this team enough. If you want a store that is going to respect you, give you the ins and outs, make a sale to have a life long customer not just to up numbers, then this is the place to go. If I could give zero stars, I would. I disassembled my snow plow blade that does with my little lawn tractor and brought all the pieces to NCT. I had a suspicion there was one part that was faulty so I brought that piece into the showroom. The "service manager" was a young man named "Evan" and he seemed exceedingly aggrieved to have to help me, in spite of there being only one other customer in the store. He couldn't find the plow blade in his computer and neither spoke to me or looked at me over several minutes of attempting to find the apparatus in their database. I told him I could bring in all the pieces of the plow so I could show how the lift assembly wasn't doing its job, but he refused, because I hadn't brought the tractor as well. He sneered at me because there was "obviously" no way to see how the plow blade was failing if it wasn't attached to MY tractor. As far as I can tell, they never found the plow blade in their godforsaken computer. Complete failure of imagination, and bad farking attitude. Bad combo, and I won't be back. Update: I was able to buy bolts from a hardware store and fix the problem myself.

I have been a longtime customer of NCT (once Shaw's Ridge). This season I really noticed some great changes! Everyone is friendly and very helpful. The service is great! I enjoy going in for parts or whatever else I may need for my mower and they even have a hot cup of coffee waiting for me. Everyone is great, thanks for all the help!

Stopped by on Friday for a quote to buy a 1-series, system was down, promised a quote and follow up call on Monday, now it's Wednesday night and still nothing in my email or the phone call expected, guess I'll find somewhere else to buy a tractor

Never ever ever ever answers the phone how do you run a business when you don't answer your phone? I'm completely in utterly baffled it's like they're saying that we have enough business we don't want anymore? If you're that busy why not hire more help I understand it's spring but isn't this their Christmas?
