This was my first visit to Norman Quack’s Chophouse , there was a decent selection of items on the menu , that would satisfy most. I enjoyed the RedHot Chicken Sandwich; which was just amazing. Perfectly cooked , with just the right ratio of sauce. Makes my mouth water thinking about it. If you’ve never been here I’d recommend coming in and checking it out. I was very pleased. Staff was on point and very friendly. I look forward to my next lunch here.

3.29c for a fountain pop isn’t a cute way to bolster your prices from the menu. The food was nice, but stopping by over lunch and paying 18$(before the tip) for a burger and fries hurts my wallet. The astronomical expense added for a fountain drink left even more of a sour taste in my mouth.
I liked my burger I guess, but not enough stop by again.

This is a local staple. It's cozy and eclectic, Decor is random library meets garage sale. The restaurant side is family friendly, small but variety for a menu, I think the Apps menu was huge! Three are an early and late happy hour for food and beverage. Large bev selection for a small place. Service was so-so, our servers were a little uncoordinated, (overworked) but still very kind, attentive, and nice.

Big menu. They are sure to have something you'll like. Everyone in our party enjoyed their steaks and sandwiches. There is something to fill you up at all price points. We'll be back. Only 4 stars because of the recent trend of bad reviews. We were there on a Saturday afternoon - maybe their quality of product and service drop of significantly when busy (we'll find out next time).

Sub par ... the restaurant needs attention. .. looks worn out. The quality of the food does NOT reach the heights of its cost by a long shot. In all I would say"Blah" ...good chance of not returning. It was my birthday when my family and I visited.... what a let down... could have went to burger King next door and got the same quality of food.. the bonus there would have been a smile at least from the staff...and the cost matched the food. You guys need to do something to change this around. Being a staple in a town only takes you so far... just an opinion from someone who eats out to much. Good luck!
