BEST CUPCAKES!! I visited Ct in August and came across Nora's walking in the area.  I had butterscotch something, it was the best cupcake ever! Service wasn't so friendly but the cupcake was amazing!

Stale cupcakes. I don’t believe they make them on site. No wonder place was completely empty.

There was a time when I would undoubtedly place five stars but after my recent visit the cupcakes were stale and not pleasing at all: a waste of money. I don't mind over paying for handcrafted cupcakes but at least should be able to enjoy them with company you bring in from out of town.

We LOVED these cupcakes!  Unfortunately, the place was messy, crumbs all over the tables and chairs.  I'd hope that a place that is so nicely decorated would be a bit more meticulous in regard to wiping the table and seats off.  It really takes away from the appearance.
