The bakery is simply the best. The arancini are heavenly, and the same for everything else I've tried. It's a good thing I don't live closer, or I'd be in much worse shape :) It can get busy, so a little bit of patience and understanding go a long way. I suspect that some of the poor ratings are due to people who tend to be more demanding and less empathetic. Be the customer you'd like to serve, and I guarantee they'll be the server you'd like to have.

Usually order form Hartford, but this time I called Plainville, lets just say I cancelled my order and they need to discuss with their employees better phone etiquette and customer service....

Those in business should listen more often to the concerns and desires of the customers. We wanted to purchase a wedding cake. But the young girl seem less concern with our needs and paid little attention. It also piss me off that no one was there at the 4:pm hour to take our order. Oh well more business for the competition.
