One of the best tiramisu’s I’ve had. My whole family loves it. We’ve tried the classic and earl grey and loved them both. The tiramisu’s have the perfect level of sweetness and absolutely creamy and light. Looking forward to trying more flavours.
I'm a tiramisu fan and know when I see/taste an authentic one. Let me tell you, this one is just perfect. It's so soft and buttery, just the right amount of sweetness and made with good quality ingredients. The packaging is also great, I'd totally gift this to someone. Highly recommend!
Tried Nonna Lia Strawberry Tiramisu for the first time. It is certainly delicious, creamy and perfect level of sweetness and absolutely melts in the mouth. I found it a bit pricey, though portion was quite good for two. May be would be nice as an indulgence once in a while.
One of the best tiramisu cake we had it today. Taste , quality , quantity versus price not really justify. I am a business owner as well. I can totally understand that inventory prices have gone up but I felt this was really expensive for the quantity received. Do not believe with the size of the container what you see on social media Recommendation to the owner to work on the price/quantity to get repeated customers. One time try? Definitely YES! Will buy again? A big NO!
While the tiramisu at this café is quite good, the price may be a bit higher compared to other places. However, there are a few downsides to note. Firstly, upon entering the café, there was an unpleasant smell in the air. Additionally, the seating area consists of just one table, which limits the dine-in options. Overall, this café seems to be more geared towards take-out orders. While the quality of the tiramisu is noteworthy, the smell and lack of seating detract from the overall experience.
The taste of their desserts is nowhere near as good as the more popular places. The sweetness factor is a major issue because it's way less sweet than expected. I'm someone who likes their deserts sweet so this place wasn't for me. Also the price point for the portions is not value for money at all. We tried their tiramisu and pistachio, honestly the pistachio is better than the tiramisu.
Ordered mango passion fruit tiramisu through DoorDash. Not worth the money at all. Quantity is less and taste is bad. The cream tastes like having raw egg. Not sure how there are so many good reviews to this place. Edit: 3-4 hrs after eating, Due to consumption of raw egg as per taste it felt raw I had stomach upset. Never ordering again.
If you want to try authentic melt-in-the-mouth Italian tiramisu with very high quality ingredients - Nonna Lia’s the place Right from the aesthetic packaging to the heart-felt note of it’s origin.. everything about it strikes a chord in your heart. I had the opportunity to meet the owner too, very passionate and puts his heart & soul in his work..! Tried the hazelnut tiramisu and pistachio tiramisu too. Both are very flavourful, fluffy and well-balanced in taste. Highly recommend and is a lovely treat to gift to your loved ones too!
One of the best tiramisu in Toronto so far. Wanna try the other flavors for sure. Pricey but so worth it! A must try for sure
I had the classico and pistachio tiramisu. They are super delicious. I loved both the flavors, the packaging and the card with the Nonna's story was amazing ! Thanks Nonna Lia for the delicious tiramisu! :
