Isle of Coffee is a phenomenal coffee shop, that is outstanding in all regards - coffee, treats, and service. The owner is incredibly kind, and creates such a warm and welcoming environment. The desserts and treats are always fresh, and delicious. Every so often, they do add a unique seasonal dessert to their rotation. I also appreciate that they offer multiple! options for those with alternative diets gluten-free, vegan, dairy-free. This is a great café in which to have a chat with friends, or, if you go to their downstairs seating area, get some work done. Highly recommended!
This place blew me away. Relaxed, charming vibe. Staff are super friendly. Feels much more authentic than any coffee chains. A ton of seating, including a dimmed downstairs space where they quietly have a movie playing. Small, but comfortable. In my opinion, best remote work cafe in the area. This spot is an absolute vibe. A minimalist oasis. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. If you're curious, I recommend sitting downstairs and enjoying the French movie that's projected onto the wall. Definitely check out this space if you're in the area.Food: 4/5
Cute coffee shop with good drinks! Their iced americano I got black was a bit sour/bitter to my taste but not bad overall. The cafe itself is cute and there’s also a basement level for seating too.
Lovely cafe with really good coffee, nice cups, Korean-French inspired desserts, and more seating than you'd expect. A handful of outlets are available for the remote worker or student. Highly recommend!
One of my favorite coffee shops!! They offer a variety of asian desserts and drinks that are so good. I also find them to be very affordable and reasonably priced. I love their houjicha lattes and madeleines! The staffs are very friendly as well. The cafe is aesthetically ‘healing’ and their basement seatings offer a moody chill vibe. Very much worth a visit!
The best coffee place in Toronto, and I don’t even like coffee! They drinks are prepared using the best ingredients and are meticulously prepared. The shoe pastry and the strawberry rhubarb cheesecake are amazing. There isn’t a lot of seating though - one table upstairs and seating for 6 downtown in a basement.
Cute little coffee shop with limited seating. There’s a basement with seating for 6 more people. Very tight space but not bad to stop by if you’re in the area. Coffee was good.
The cold brew has a good balance of sourness and bitterness! And the Cookie Choux is my favorite! Not too sweet but full filled with he vanilla whipped cream, must try! And there are some construction near the shop but they still open for business!
Very cute cafe. Love the hojicha latte. Mojito tart has a strong lemon flavor to it, and the madeleine on top tastes so good. The lemon bear madeleine is so cute and tasty as well. Looking forward to trying their Mont Blanc :
