Angel in disguise... My friend’s car—passenger side, back wheel was frozen due to the recent snow storm which forced it to be stationary for over a week. We heard this dragging sound as we pulled out to get the car back on the road again. I got out to see where this sound was coming from and discovered that the wheel was stuck. We were unable to go backward or forward due to this one frozen wheel. My friend was calling on his cell to another friend for assistance but, then from out of nowhere, a gentleman approached and offered help because he happened to drive by and noticed that we were having car trouble. Nabil observed the situation and explained what happened to the wheel and he could resolve the issue with a can of 10W40 and a hammer. He went to his truck and returned with the said items and sprayed into the wheel well and then gently hammered around the tire. He then went into the car to test drive it... PRESTO... he fixed it!!! I asked for his calling card which is why I am sharing my thoughts for his generosity of time and kindness. THANK YOU Nabil of Noble Towing for helping us and as my friend said... he was like an angel who came from nowhere to help us. I will not hesitate to reach out when I require any of his services—you have gained a new customer from your gestures. Happy holidays and the very best to you for 2023!

Best Towing co. I've ever had the pleasure of using. NICE guys, gentle with vehicle, knowledgable, competitive pricing, and conscientious service. My car's alternator/battery had died, luckily I had pulled over into a small business park. Dispatch gave realistic timelines, noted that my car required a flatbed tow, and followed up as mentioned, with a call when driver was 15-20 mins away. Then right on time the driver arrived called to let me know to come outside to meet him, so that I didn't need to wait outside in the cold. NOBLE Towing out of Richmond and New West. Thanks Nabil!
Forget all the stigmas and stereotypes about tow truck drivers. Noble towing is a totally different brand of service. The attitude, the appearance, the competitiveness. That’s the kind of forward thinking Noble has. I had arranged to have my vehicle picked up at 5:30, and right at 5:30, Noble was there. I wanted to get my rate matched, Noble matched it. By far the best towing service around. He is even doing me a favour by looking in my vehicle for a forgotten item. It’s this level of service that customers remember.
