NLC is a great gym with an amazing team working there. The gym is always very clean and has nice equipment. Al put together a couple of fitness programs for me, and I have seen great results from both so far. Peter is always very helpful in making sure my exercises are done correctly. Overall the whole team there is very helpful and friendly! I have seen my best results by far compared to other fitness facilities since I started at NLC in January 2017.

NLC fitness changed my life, at first I was a bit worried that the programs given to me by Al ( owner of nlc ) were not gonna give me the results i am looking for. However, after a few months of hard work and consistency, I started to see results! Also, I am surrounded by very nice people who are very supportive to one another which makes it a very comfortable environment. I would recommend NLC fitness to everyone looking to live a more active lifestyle!

I've been a member of NLC Fitness and Training Centre since the spring of 2016 and have been very impressed by the staff, facilities and holistic philosophy of healthy living and fitness. Al, Peter and the team have been excellent coaches, mentors and supporters of my fitness journey. They are mindful of any underlying health issues and seek to find the best path for me to achieve my fitness goals. Peter's experience, approach and enthusiasm as my personal trainer has been second to none and I would recommend anybody interested in achieving new fitness goals to sign up.

What an amazing place! The trainers are very welcoming and helpful! I have joined many gyms in the past but nothing like this! If you are looking for a clean place, great equipment and friendly people- this is the place for you. Highly recommend it! 5/5!
