I've been bring my car here for 11 years now. Ever since the new ownership, this place has gone downhill. Customer service is non-existent as with many places nowadays. The receptionists lacks professionalism, even rude at times. Whenever I service my car, I face new issues the days following and they never assume responsibility. Granted my car is old but when they are the last ones to touch a part and it magically stops working or breaks, it's not coinsidence. This has been only happening since the new ownership.
Shout out to SAM TANNOUS, thank you so much SAM, you've been a big help through the years. You're a Great Guy Would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone as well, great service, friendly environment, and courteous towards their clients/ customers..
I had Jacob he is a good dealer explains very well. but there was no price negotiation for the crack on the front bumper and the oem car comes with 18 inch wheels but this one is with 16 inch. before you buy the car do many inspections to check it works well. the car is so far so good. i hope the dealer contact me for the wheels and tires haha one bad thing about this shop is there is nobody picking up phone for you. I think there is a software problem on phone call.
Remember buying a used S13 back in the day. Used Salesman promised to change muffler. Car guys know oem stainless steel mufflers dual tips are $$ low and behold muffler wasn’t changed! Had to complain to VP of sales. Then and only then muffler was rebuilt. Good memories…
Great service from the friendly staff! Totally helpful in keeping me informed of the repairs needed on my car! And was even a complimentary loaner car while my car was in the garage!
Had a mixed experience here. This was our first time buying a car so were new to the process. We submitted a request online for a new car. After replying, we decided to go to the store in person about an hour journey from our home. When we arrived, we were told that the person who we’d messaged didn’t work that day, and should just email him. Both the receptionist and an older, white haired men were super rude about it and said to just leave. I was ready to walk out then after the awful treatment. But eventually we convinced them to let us speak to someone and were connected with Jacob. From there the experience improved greatly and Jacob was not only super helpful, but gave us lots of helpful information. We ended up purchasing a car but the initial experience was super unpleasant. I’m sure there have been others who’ve been treated this way and walked away from a sale. Nissan Gabriel, please sort out your terrible front of house.
My first mechanic service there a year ago was great, a bit overprice, but that's what you expect from an official retailer. I came in to get an inspection on some issues with my car. 150$ inspection for a conclusion that I need to change the whole exhaust system, total of 5'000$ with no more detail. Everything is "rusted" I'm being told. I went to see another mechanic. Solved my issue, a broken part, in 20 min for 130$. I've checked the car with him, the rest of the exhaust system is good and in nice order for a few years to come. and he didn't charge me 150$ for "an inspection". That other mechanic tells me the first estimation made by Nissan was either done by incompetent or fully fledge thieves. I don't think I'll ever come to Nissan again.
Very bad experience with them working staff is bad they take deposit from everyone and don’t even return them that’s disgusting even you try talk to their managers they are really bad not working
Very nice and professional staff, communication A1, special thanks to Brian F.
Just a bunch of money hungry weirdos who do not want to fix any easy issues instead they try to stack up your bill as much as they can. Stay far away from their dealership and just go to your local mechanic. This place is an absolute waste of time. overpriced and really bad service all around.
