I had done business in the past with Mercedes, Range Rover, BMW and now AUDI. Hands down, this Dealership is the best in terms of customer service specially Mathew! They went above and beyond to solve my issue that I had with my car! Thank you guys!
I had to take my car in to get serviced for a minor repair that was covered under warranty and to do an oil change. This review is about the customer service agent Jason Avila. To start, he’s rude. He acts as if he’s doing you a favor. He doesn’t understand that there are other Audi dealerships that we can go to that have much better service. Second, he tried to upsell me with several additional services from a maintenance package that my car didn’t need. If you’re going to upsell me, at least do it with things that my car can use. I read the Audi maintenance manual so I know what type of maintenance my car needs and when. He didn’t care. He said either I pay for everything or they won’t do the oil change. So I just said no to it. Since my car was getting serviced under warranty for a minor repair, it also included a rental car. But he tried to scare me by telling me that the only way that I could get a rental car was if I bought his maintenance package. I told him no, I know what the warranty covers. All the while, he was being rude as if I can’t go somewhere else. This is the second time within a year that I’ve had the misfortune of being attended by him. He had the same bad attitude the first time. He wouldn’t service my car then unless I bought all the additional unnecessary services. If you need to get your car serviced for maintenance, I strongly suggest going somewhere else.
Amazing Customer Service Baptiste , the salesperson, was on Top of things from Day 1 Spot ON Delivery Follows up making sure I’m enjoying the new car. Everyone at the dealership is friendly !
My 5-star review was purely on the sales rep at Audi Popular. I found a car that I am interested an used Q3 but I don't know any one from there. So I do google reviews and the name Baptiste Sarda keeps popping up. I contacted him and bought the car. Such a gentleman. Honest and friendly.
I got the Best service ever at this dealership. Very professional, accommodating and they always met over my expectations. I would have given 6 stars butUnfortunately Google doesn’t have 6 stars. Thank you for your great service specially Mathieu Pintos . Thank you guys keep up the great work
Small dealership in a poor location. Lots of staff on site but the wait time was very long. Not very professional either. Most of them stood around socializing while customers waited for sales or service. Would not recommend waiting here during service as they do not have a proper customer lounge. It was very loud and disruptive for those trying to relax or work.
Had a great experience buying my Q3 here with Baptiste. He was very respectful and the whole transaction was quick and efficient. Nothing to complain about : The best service I’ve received from any dealership :

We did a test driver here. The salesperson who helped us was called Baptiste and he was extremely nice. A real gentleman. The Q3 was very good except for the engine noise.
As stated by many, many reviews about this dealership, they are not transparent. I made it VERY CLEAR, only tire and oil change, yet I end up with a 1000$ bill when I told them I would be changing cars next month. Of course they will justify that it was 100% needed, use their in depth terminology to make you believe that you had to service X,Y, Z. Bad service, dishonest and bad experience. Go ELSEWHERE!
