I’d rate them a Million stars if I could, and they rightly deserve it all. Bought my first car here recently a non-MINI, and from the beginning of the sale to right till the end during the delivery, I felt very welcomed, whilst dealing with professionals who were there to advise the best. I highly recommend Erika for sales, Mehdi for financing and Richard for delivery, made the experience as good as it gets ; A very very very warm and special thanks to Mr. Denis, super helpful and highly knowledgeable, I appreciate how he took care of every small detail that I could have asked for, even though I understand he’s got a lot on his plate. I also appreciate the fact how he went above and beyond by explaining every inch of the car to me. Overall, I am out of words to express how amazing this dealership and it’s members are. The whole process was so smooth that now I want to purchase a second car from them just for the sake of dealing with these lovely people again, Cheers!
Will never ever buy a car from this dealership. Absolutely the rudest and most unpleasant experience of my life and I have bought luxury cars for the last 20 years. Julien Cote specifically was unprofessional and extremely rude! He should be fired! If only the calls were recorded, the management would blush hearing his tone and disrespectful attitude toward a paying customer! I bought a 133k car less then a year ago…… buying the car was great, but once I left with the car, the service was and to this date has been absolutely terrible.
Clean showroom, which is obligatory during a pandemic. A reassuring hand sanitiser station on entry; a clean finance room; clean display case of kitsch; and, of course, free coffee to get that spending jitter on. A good place to buy a car.
We had great customer service from this place. They had to order few parts over the weekend to fix our car but cannot stress enough to express how helpful Diane from Services was. I had my work meetings so had to wait there for an hour or so! Diane went above and beyond to get us an alternative for our car for the weekend too!
Excellent communication. Great service, very professional. Highly recommended. We had kamroon from sales department, he was very friendly, professional and helpful and Medhi from finance department so eager to help.
So far I've had the worst experience while owning a vehicle. Their service department call center could not find my vehicle even when they had all my personal details. When going for a service they don't offer shuttle services or a temporary car which most other dealerships do. For a premium brand, this is way below minimum expectations.
If you're leasing or financing, you're basically committed to the dealership, more so than to buying a car. With that in mind, the five star rating is for the honesty and transparency of the financial manager, Mehdi Semsari. I basically asked if he could spare me the sales tactics and just give me the answers I needed. He was brutally honest and that's the best you can ask for. I knew what I wanted and the car was as advertised. The salesman was polite and courteous.
I’m very pleased with the service I received at Mini Cooper. Sylvain was polite, friendly , courteous from the first moment we met him and he did everything to help us make our choice and purchase till the end.
Kamron was great. I was having difficulty getting to the dealership for a test drive, he brought the car to my home. I was on a wait list for the mini electric, when someone backed out of their purchase, he called me and I bought the car earlier.
Beautiful, clean, and very luxurious. The people are so friendly and pleasant, they are very professional and accommodating. Loved our experience there!
