A 6000 sq ft. home on 4 acres featuring luxury amenities and natural surroundings on the shores of Lake Huron. Private baths, fireplaces, air conditioned, open wi-fi, home cooked breakfasts, and close to many tourist attractions. Home has its own lighthouse with observation deck, gazebo and banquet facilities, in addition to several indoor and outdoor wedding venues.

Bob is by far the best host I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. My husband and I stumbled upon this place online when looking for a reasonably priced B&B to stay for our anniversary. When we arrived we were stunned by how gorgeous this place was. Then we met the amazing Bob. If we lived nearby we would spend so much time just visiting with him and learning from him. He also makes a fantastic breakfast. If you are looking for a true escape with unmatched hospitality, then you need to stay here.

Beautiful and very clean B and B. The view from all rooms is spectacular! Bob, the owner, was very nice and interesting to talk to. Highly recommend staying here.

My wife and I had a chance to stay at Ninemile Point on a recent tour of Michigan. This was the first stop and we chose the B&B after reading some of the reviews and finding this to be a great stop on our first night. We emailed with Bob before arriving and spoke to him on the phone to share with him our plans and asked for his suggestions on stops on the way up. We stopped in Frankenmuth and got to experience one of the worlds largest Christmas Stores and we were very happy that we stopped. We took a coastal/scenic route up 23 past Tawas along the lake to see the small towns and were happy that we did. We chose the upgraded room and found the directions on waze to be right on the money. A driveway lit up with a blue light was our mark to make the turn and head into Ninemile Point. It was distinguishable and easy to find. We arrived on a rainy evening and could hear the waves crashing as we got out of the car. Bob greeted us at the door and immediately we felt that we had made a great decision. He showed us around and told us about how the magnificent house came to be and the incredible detail that went into Building it. Bob took about 7 years to build the home and did not miss a detail in doing so. Each piece of the home is gorgeous. the covered porches and the attached screened in porch offered great views of Lake Huron. The bedroom was nicely furnished and included a mattress that we threatened to take with us because it was so comfortable. One of the many things you will notice about Bob is that he knows and understands quality in everything he does and buys. He took no shortcuts in building the home and no shortcuts in furnishing the home. We learned about Bob and his interests and his ability to live a well rounded life that is full of amazing chapters with many stories about travel, wood working and hosting. The chapter about Ninemile Point is still being written and we were happy to have been a part of the guests who have traveled through. The views from the tower in the morning were spectacular. The most special part of our experience wasn't the beautiful home or spectacular views, it was having a chance to cross paths with Bob. A wonderful man who continues to make a life that touches travelers from everywhere. Thank you Bob and we are already thinking about when we can get back to see you!
