Everyone claims they have the best chicken sandwich. I’d have to say Nim’s, definitely gets it for Calgary. The value can’t be beat and most importantly, extremely fresh and made to order. Staff was amazingly friendly. Restaurant concept is take-out only. Will be back

By far the best fried chicken sandwich in Calgary. The spice levels are amazing and the combinations of flavours are really great as well. The waffle fries were my personal favourite but everything on the menu tastes great. Will definitely be back for more!

The Best Nashville Chicken Sandwich in Calgary! I’m gonna bet that this is going to be one of the staple comfort food of Calgary next to seniores’ pizza. A take-out only joint located inside the Universe breakfast bar. Situated along the busy street of 17th ave. With lots of street parking space around the block. It’s best to call beforehand and order for pick-up. Nim’s Chicken Sandwich: -Nashville style chicken sandwich -Waffle fries -Comeback sauce This is a HUGE chicken sandwich. The chicken was outrageously bigger than the bun! Nashville spice has just the right amount of kick and won’t hurt your tongue. The chicken thigh meat was crispy and juicy in the inside. The brioche bun was buttery and compliments well with their home-made Comeback sauce. The whole sandwich was 5-star on itself! Many claimed they got the best chicken sandwich but I kid you not, This Is The One! For only $14, you’ll have yourself a humongous servings of sandwich, waffle fries and sauce. That is the best deal for this insanely good meal! Tender combo 3pcs: -Hot chicken tenders breast -Waffle fries -Coleslaw -Pickles -Slice of bread This one too has an enormous serving that we had to give ourself a break and finish the rest the next day! Medium hot Nashville was just the right smack of spice. The chicken tenders were huge and pickles compliments the flavour of the breading. Waffle fries and Comeback sauce added more pleasure to the overall Nim’s Fried Chicken experience. Definitely coming back here m to try the other flavours!

Amazing fried chicken with huge portion sizes. Friendly staff and great customer service. Went twice, one for the sandwich and one for the tenders. Both amazing, and their waffles fries as well, delicious. Doesn't get any better bang for the buck than thisFood: 5/5

Wow!! The portion is HUGE The pictures are not showing how big they are And the chicken was soo good!! My husband ordered Sweet Daisy sandwich combo, and I ordered Nim’s loaded fries which comes with the tender and coleslaw. Both of us couldn’t finish it!!! My husband is very big and eats a lot. I’ve never seen him not being able to finish the food, so I was really surprised Btw the lady who’s working there was really nice too! We’ll definitely be back again very soon

HALAL FOODIES say hello to your new fav guilty pleasure food! Seriously some of the best Nashville style fried chicken I've tried here and this is coming from someone who doesn't even like it much. The burger was huge and perhaps a little too greasy but their loaded waffle fries were just too good. My only complaint would be I wish they had a balanced ratio of chicken to fries as I quickly ran out of meat and was left with too many fries. Sauces are out of this world and the guy working even threw in a free extra Snapple as it was our first time. They're just operating as a takeout out of Universe Restaurant at the moment but plan on expanding to their own premises soon as demand keeps increasing. Can't wait to be back!

Really fresh ingredients and large portions but unfortunately one of the worst Nashville-style chicken sandwich. I could taste the breading - flour and black pepper? Really lacking in flavour unfortunately. Looks so beautiful and juicy but unfortunately so bland.

Great little chicken to.go stand inside universe restaurant. Great prices, huge portions, and super tasty. I got the hot chicken sandwich. Hot is the middle spiciness. I can handle some heat, will order one level hotter next time. Definitely a staple spot. Highly recommend.

Hands down my favourite chicken tenders I’ve had in town. It reminds me of Raising Cane’s in the states with their own unique flavour. Make sure to get the comeback sauce which was homemade. The chicken was juicy and tender. We ended up getting the hot flavour which was very tasty but definitely on the higher level of spicy. The waffle fries we got were light and crispy. Could not recommend this place any more!

This is the place to go if you want the best chicken sandwhich you've had in your life!! I would suggest the small platter which comes with 2 chicken sandwiches, 2 tenders, 2 sides, and 2 sauces for only 40$. Friendly service and a great atmosphere Food: 5/5
