Wow! Absolutely, one of the best pizza places around. Crust is crispy and flavors are wonderful. Fresh ingredients. Drinks were perfection. The bartender knew what they were doing. A little on the pricier side but you definitely get what you pay for in terms of quality and portion size. The staff was the best. Very accommodating and kind. I can’t wait to go back!
Hidden gem, a friend just recommended this place and I was surprised we were able to grab a table on a Saturday pm for four. Great for cocktails maybe folks haven't found out this place yet. The pizza is also delicious, they have the option to add vegan cheese and this was a nice surprise to my vegan friends. I've tried the pizza with vegan cheese and it was great. Hoping to return and try with traditional cheese.
The pizza was incredible. The crust and sauce were outstanding. We tried their new Detroit deep dish and it was the best I'd ever had. You can tell the chef has a passion for making great pizza. On top of all that the service was fast and very friendly.
All the food was excellent and the Brussel Wilson pizza is fantastic yes Brussel sprouts on a pizza are a must try. Their Cocktails are also great. Great location with easy parking and has indoor and outdoor seating. The owner, Niles, came out for a chat with us and was super nice. Would recommend this place 100%.
Can't say enough about this new gem of a gathering place in Salish Crossing. Outstanding creative, bold cocktails, salads & artisan pizza -- crafted with care & steampunk edge. It's all because of award-winning mixologist, the imaginative artist behind the fiery, magical, sci-fi shows. You come here to feel welcome, to celebrate, to just find honest human connection. Niles is always thinking up ways to outdo himself & please you. He'll take requests. He goes out of his way to make sure you're happy. He's a rock star. His craft cocktails are strong, but deeply flavored, and balanced...usually presented with Hollywood flair. Highly recommend ANYTHING from the drink menu, especially Netflix & Chill, Bee's Knees & the Manhattan. But his pizzas -- small & large, gluten-free available -- are THE BOMB! Don't sleep on that handmade crust! He accommodated our special request for half-pepperoni/half-cheese, even when slammed. The dough is tasty with nice, large puffy pockets and the tomato sauce should be bottled. I also love that they use little pepperoni. The My Hot Date pizza is also a great savory/sweet option, pairing dates with cheese & a swirl of Balsamic. He's planning to add more menu items, as he & his staff get the restaurant going. He told me he's learning more about improving the pizza dough from Sourdough Willy's in Kingston -- & that guy uses an over hundred-year-old starter.
What a great pizza place. Amazing cocktails, and a fantastic selection of spirits. Super friendly staff, and the owner even makes a point to come out often and say hello to every patron rare to see from a restaurant owner, IMHO. Indoor and outdoor seating covered/enclosed outdoor space has heaters and it's plenty warm even in the winter months. And the pizza dough is made from a super old sourdough starter, and is delicious!!! The pizza options are on point and there is something for everyone that you'll definitely enjoy. The Detroit style can be done on any of the pizzas and if you like a deep dish, this will fit the bill. Definitely will be going back here!
Awesome new spot in Edmonds has the best flatbreads and a great assortment of cocktails. No happy hour menu, but still a nice spot to grab a drink with friends. There’s plenty of parking in the lot right out front and an undercover outdoor space with heaters.
Wow! Happy to discover Niles Peacock .. excellent pizza, nice beer & wine selection & friendly service. A nice addition to lower Edmonds near the ferry.
Hands down the most amazing and unique pizza you’ll ever have with the My Hot Date. Just perfect in every way. And the drinks are 10/10 with a bartender that can mix some exceptional drinks and is just a great guy as well. You just can’t go wrong here!
You want a good pizza?! Come here. Niles is amazing with his food, and personality. The place is not very big, but he always seem to make it work and always welcomes you like you're a guest in his own home. Oh, and don't forget the drinks, he has some amazing cocktails
